and reducing costs, given a challenging business environment. Obeikan liquid packaging
wanted to reduce its workforce and accomplish Saudization goals
whilst ensuring that performance levels did not deteriorate.
ODS deployed its OME program which was focused towards providing a comprehensive plan to
improve team efficiency and deliver improved productivity. The salient features of the program

- Introduce a system to record anomalies and productive time
- Optimize team working after saturation assessment and remedial measures
- Define and improve the management system
